This image was made on a pleasant evening in mid July. I had been camped at this isolated Brier Island, Nova Scotia cove
on St. Mary Bay for three days. Dinner was done - the camp squared away and I was relaxing in a camp chair enjoying
the view and sipping a Heineken. As I watched the light softened and a fog started to creep in from the Bay. I walked over
to my truck and grabbed my camera and tripod. Camera in one hand and beer in the other, I walked another 35 feet to
these daisies, set up and waited. Daisies on a Misty Evening is the result.
